- RELAXATION & STRESS RELIEF Lay back and relax onto this bed of needles to massage pressure points that help release tight muscles and relieve stress. Use prior to bedtime to improve your rest and reduce insomnia.
- INCREASED ENERGY & CIRCULATION-Thousands of acupressure points stimulate nerves and improve blood circulation for increased energy and faster muscle recovery, making it great for users who sit at a desk daily, as well as active individuals and athletes.
I was watching YouTube about a woman who was in chronic pain and used this and was back to doing yoga at 70 or something like that. I got on here imidiately and bought it. Then I wanted to kick myself after reading reviews. I've been so stiff and knotted that I figured, I'd give it a try. but it just got here today at 6pm. I got on the floor and layer on it. It felt like the best back scratch In my life. I just layed on it for about 30 seconds and then did my legs and arms and layed on my side. Doing it until it started to hurt. My hub, layed down and he said he hurt like hell and got up. I ended up doing it at 8 and 10. At midnight, I had the inkling to check the locks. I bent down and realized that I felt good. Before, I have attempted yoga and felt super tight, I stopped going. I did a downward dog and my heals touched the ground, I decided to squat down and I was able to the Yogi squat heels to the floor. Super exciting for me.
This is one of the seemingly stranger things we have tried for back pain and foot fatigue, but it is my absolute favorite. It seems counter intuitive to think that a whole mat of pokey points can actually make you feel better, but we have tried it on multiple people and we all agreed, it’s weird but it works. For lower back pain it has been so effective I now travel with one, and have found that I consistently fall asleep on it. ( don't plan to start this way, the first few times 5-10 minutes is plenty). If you spend all day on your feet, try standing on it- or at least putting as much weight as your feet can bear on it. I have even found that resting my wrist on the pillow alleviates the tingling pain of carpel tunnel symptoms. I am by no means indicating this is a miracle cure, but I can say it works for me and others around me who have tried it
When I unpacked the box, my daughter looked at it and said no way, it hurt her finger when she touched it so why on earth would I lie down on it?Well, because I have scoliosis, a floating disc, compressed vertebrae, degenerative disc disease and advanced arthritis in my lower back.Well the booklet recommends beginners to start with 10-20 minutes. Immediately, I couldn't do the pillow part, but then I decided to take the plunge. Overall, my body initially braced as if it was going to hurt, but then when I breathed and let myself relax, my body started to warm up a little and I embraced it. Oh I'm so glad I did! I'm gonna do it every day and see how it helps! I'll update the review in like a week.
Okay. So I know what you’re thinking. “Am I really going to order this torturous looking device?” All I have to say is, you better.I have had back pain for as long as I can remember. It stemmed from a car accident, and progresses with the heavy duty work I do for a living. Relief has always been a struggle. I’ve tried the whole chiropractor thing, and I always make stretching/exercising and meditation a priority for me every single day. But I haven’t found something that has given me 100% relief. So, with a simple search I came across this product. Highly praised by many. It was also a great price, so I decided to give it a try. And I have to say, it WORKED! Finally relief! My muscles feel so much looser and I feel like I can move so much better than ever before. Initially when it arrived I was skeptical. I mean, I tried poking the little spikes and I was surprised by just how sharp they were. I was even a little scared of lying on it bare. At first you feel pain, obviously, but then your body sort of goes into this tingly trance. It’s an unreal experience. I’m very excited that something so simple and cheap helped me out. Definitely give it a go!
I am laying on my mat as I write this wondering if everyone knows how amazing this product is! I pinched my sciatic nerve and am a nurse so i just cant let pain slow me down! After my first use of this mat i was essentially pain free for close to 24hours!!!! The mat is sharp but not unbearable. Wear clothes at first and the heavier the clothes the less you’ll feel it. Honestly its only bothersome if you plop down on it. I used it without clothes just after the second time. But this mat is honestly a lifesaver!
