Immediately, I couldn't do the pillow part, but then I decided to take the plunge. Overall, my body initially braced as if it was going to hurt, but then when I breathed and let myself relax, my body started to warm up a little and I embraced it. Oh I'm so glad I did! I'm gonna do it every day and see how it helps! I'll update the review in like a week.
